How long will delivery take? Plus

Sweden (DHL Freight): 1–3 business days.

International (DHL Express): Normally 4-10 days depending on the destination of the country.

Can I track my order? Plus

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

Do you ship worldwide? Plus

Yes, we ship to all countries reachable by DHL Express.

GENERAL RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
Important Information Regarding Returns Plus

Please note that all returns must be sent as business parcels (to our company address)

and not to a service point or collection location.

We are unable to collect packages from service points, and any such returns will automatically be sent back to the sender.

In such cases, the shipping company will charge the customer.

RETURNS OF PRODUCTS Plus
  • Wincent accept return of unopened, unused, and untested items.
    Includes if Wincent by mistake send the wrong items. 
  • A return or faulty report needs to be sent within 5 days from received goods.
    After 5 days have past, order is deemed as fully delivered and all in good condition. 
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
  • Refunds do not include original cost of shipping or cost of shipping to return the items back to Wincent unless the items is damaged or defective upon receipt. In the event items is deemed damaged, defective upon our inspection, Wincent will refund the shipping charge to return the items.
  • To prove refund request include your original receipt and picture proof.
  • Items on sale will not qualify for returns.

RETURNING APPAREL AND GENERAL MERCHANDISE Plus

In order to qualify for a refund, all returned products need to be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Apparel returns will only be accepted if the returned item is in the same condition as received, with all packaging included and tags still attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

REFUNDS Plus

Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

EXCHANGES
EXCHANGES Plus

Wincent does not accept exchanges for items purchased online. However, exchanges are valid in cases of incorrectly delivered products.

WARRANTY
WARRANTY REQUEST Plus

Wincent requires detailed product photos and proof of purchase to assess warranty eligibility. Each case is reviewed individually. Please contact support@wincentdrumsticks.com


Please note that drumsticks are made of wood that have naturally occurring uniqueness in grain pattern and quality characteristics. Wincent have the best industry standard in quality and durability and use the best materials available, however it is reasonable to expect that wood products get worn out and it is to the most part depending on how the instrument been used.
